The comfortable, spacious, charming suite Marguerite & Edmond is located at the second floor and enjoys two bedrooms, a separate cosy bath-room, with hair-dryer, a living-room and the dinner room with attached kitchen equipment.  View on the garden.   • The double bedroom, room Lucie, remembers the eldest daughter of Edmond and Marguerite. it is furnished with a double-bed
  • Ghislaine, the youngest daughter, is now giving her name to the salon Ghislaine that suggests a pretty stay with its view on the garden and even in the far on the Palais de Justice of Brussels.  
  • The room Lily,  with 2 twin-beds will be the one for two adults or two teenagers… Lily Cordier was a Franciscan none who made a wonderful humanitarian work in Africa 
  • You can make use of the super-equipped kitchen
  • The suite is equipped with internet access (free wifi) and flat-screen television

Price 2017 minimum per night in double room with private bathroom.

Adjustments are possible following the season and the week-end. Taxes included.

  • The Suite is normally rented as a double room.
  • The twin bedroom in the suite can only be rented as a supplement to the double roomOtherwise it is not accessible.

Terms and conditions

  • Payment cash, by bank transfer, Paypal, credit card (only on site for credit card)
  • Reduction 20% < 8 days. Ask our rates for more than 1 week & family journey
  • Reduction in case of waive of the breakfast
  • Deposit : 50% on booking. Payment of the balance before or during the stay
  • Cancellation costs : 30% between 14 and 8 days, 50% between 7 and 3 days, 100% less than 3 days before arrival date. Eventual extra costs are not reimbursed

A little history..

Our grandfather Edmond Cordier came to Le Valduc in 1919, he enjoyed a large, not only Belgian, reputation as a doctor for children diseases and founded his own hospital. He married Marguerite Parmentier and got eleven children. He gave his name to the avenue nearby. Their names are now also associated to the “suite” for our guests. More about the past of Le Valduc ...
